I’m Nicholas McCarthy and as the worlds only one-handed concert pianist I have had my fair share of knockbacks and negativity.

I was told I would never have a career as a pianist and was discouraged to chase my dream, but through perseverance and determination I achieved my dream and have since performed around the world including the 2012 Paralympic Closing Ceremony with Coldplay to half a billion viewers.

As a speaker and 3 time TEDx alumni I have been lucky enough to speak to thousands of people at some of the largest companies to bring the world of music to the corporate landscape by sharing my unique and inspiring story of triumph over adversity in order to affect positive change in the workplace.
